The weather looked doable, so I gave a try at Brumley Rd. on Knotts Island. The weather down there was a little different then we had in Virginia Beach, I guess it could be best described as patchy drizzle, which also explains the small number of pictures.
Not much to talk about just a with paddle, with some minor excitement at one point, when I saw a deer at the waters edge taking a drink, initially i was trying to figure what was not right with what I was seeing, I initially thought it was an old brown towel in a tree. I realized what it was, and I was pulling out the camera, when my lens hit the cockpit coaming, making enough noise to scare the deer. The last 2 pictures were all I was able to get...
