Pocaty River Boat Launch

Roadside access, I have always launched from the North side of the bridge, South side has always had people fishing.

The bank near the bridge is steep pavement, and I usually try to avoid it unless the water is real high. I usually launch from the river bank about 10 yards away from the bridge.

Heading East (away from the bridge) about 1.75 miles is the North Landing River, and a nice overlook/observation platform. Stay to the left/North when given the choice paddling downstream, I have noticed the Right/South channel is more congested with debris.
